Windsurf Club Messina

Windsurf Club Messina is a sports association affiliated with the Italian Sailing Federation (FIV) and the CSEN and UISP sports promotion bodies, based on the north coast of Messina, Via Consolare Pompea (contrada Pace), in the Grotte bay. It practises freeride and race windsurfing on flat water with thermal grecale and scirocco winds, which it describes as ideal for funboard beginners and seasoned racers alike.

The club offers windsurf lessons for everyone, SUP activities, training, regattas and events; in 2025 it hosted a zonal Windsurfer stage and the Claudio Pellicane Trophy. A live weather page and a new clubhouse are shown on the website.
