Description
Club Kitesurf La Loteta was born in 2011 when a handful of enthusiasts started kitesurfing on the then brand-new La Loteta reservoir at Luceni (Zaragoza). It presents itself as the largest kitesurf and wingfoil club in Aragon, with over 250 members, and also welcomes windsurfers.
The spot ("Spot Sur") is a flat-water lagoon well exposed to the cierzo wind. The club issues licences of the Aragonese federation, runs a weather station and a spot webcam, publishes an accident protocol and sailing advice, and organises events: the La Loteta Cierzo Festival (12th edition in 2025, announced for 4-6 September 2026) and a photography contest.
The club does not sell courses: it brings together local riders (phone hours Monday to Friday, 10 am to 3 pm).
