Panther Surfboards, kitesurf craftsman in Biarritz

Panther Surfboards is a shaping workshop at 67 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Biarritz that designs and builds its own boards. The website catalogue is organised in three families: shortboards (Classic Fish, High Line Fish, Modern Twin, Highperf, Cruise Control), midlengths (MidChoice, Vee Bottom, Tracker, Round Egg, Power Tracker, 70s Single Fin, Long Fish) and longboards (Dailylog, Classic Noserider, Glider, Perf 2+1, Minilog and others).

The workshop repairs polyester and epoxy boards, from shortboards to longboards and paddleboards. Repairs are carried out by Anthony, presented as the "Surf Doctor", in the workshop next to the shop.

Panther also rents boards in Biarritz, suited to beginners and experienced surfers. Starting prices are shown on the website for some models (for example EUR 950 for a 7'0 Round Egg, EUR 910 for a 6'8 Long Fish, EUR 1,250 for a 9'0 Piglet).

The shop is open Tuesday to Friday 10am-6pm and Saturday 2pm-6pm; the website advises calling first as the team may be surfing.
