Vita Surfboards (Astur Boards), kitesurf craftsman in Gijón

Vita Surfboards is the handmade surfboard brand of the Astur Boards workshop, based at the marina in Gijón (Asturias), where its showroom is also located. The team includes a shaper, a repairer and sander and a workshop adviser; several Google reviews also praise its ding repairs.

The workshop offers more than twenty models (high performance, fish, midlengths, longboards, step-down, guns, SUP), built in PU/PE on Arctic Foam, in EPS/epoxy (Ecoboard Project label) or in carbon, with an online advisor to choose a board, boards in stock and made-to-measure orders. The production process includes a digital shaping machine, and the workshop highlights waste management and sustainable materials.
