Overview

Rockanje 1e slag Havana is a kitesurf spot near Rockanje, on the North Sea coast of the Voorne-Putten peninsula (South Holland), about 30km southwest of Rotterdam. Known for relatively higher waves compared to other Dutch coastal spots. Flat to choppy water depending on wind and tide.

Best with W/NW/N/NE winds. ⚠️ Summer access restrictions: April–September, kitesurfing is only allowed north of entry 2 and south of entry 1 (due to beachgoers). Check signs on site. NKV designated zone. Good beginner-intermediate spot with flat water sections. Ample free parking. Beachclub Havana on site.
