Vana-Pärnu (Old Pärnu) is a historic district north-west of the city of Pärnu, Estonia. The kitesurfing spot is on the northern shore of Pärnu Bay, offering a different water body from the main beach.

The bottom is sandy and muddy, the water very shallow. South to south-west winds are most favourable. The spot offers sheltered conditions, often calmer than Pärnu's main beach.

Vana-Pärnu is easily accessible from central Pärnu. The season runs from May to October. The spot suits beginners.
