I know about this spot, never kited there. Here is the description from the USA NW Kite Spots:
Works on SW and NW, but can be very flukey. Advanced launch with very little downwind options. There are lots of beach goers and when the wind is from the north the beach tends to be in the windshadow and stay offshore.
