Secret Bay is a hidden gem south of Sidi Kaouki, accessible only by 4x4 via a dirt road or as a downwinder from Essaouira/Sidi Kaouki. The name remains even though its location is well-known among locals.
From the rocky plateau, the view sums it up: long sandy beach, turquoise water, side-shore winds. Often completely empty. The paved road leads to nearby Iftane village.
Wind is cross-onshore and a bit weaker than at Sidi Kaouki. Kiters should keep distance from the rocks.
Long sandy beach, waves. Turquoise water. Side-shore conditions. Rarely crowded. Wave riding and freeride.
