Taguinza is home to the cleanest wave in the Essaouira region. Located between Sidi Kaouki and Cap Sim, this spot works best in swell on a flood/rising tide.
The wind starts here first and blows up to 10 knots stronger than Moulay or Sidi Kaouki in the afternoon, making it the windiest spot in the area. Bigger waves can close out, especially at low tide, so timing is important.
Less crowded than the main spots. Technical spot for experienced wave riders.
Clean wave best on flood/rising tide with swell. Bigger swell closes out at low tide. Point/reef break. Advanced wave riding. Strapless preferred.
