Isla ColĂłn - Dumpers is a kitesurf spot located on the main island of Bocas del Toro, Caribbean coast of Panama. This reef break spot offers short and powerful waves. The east to northeast trade winds blow from December to April, creating wave conditions over the reef. The spot is reserved for expert riders due to the shallow reef and hollow waves.
