Overview

Phan Rang Beach is the main beach near the city of Phan Rang in Ninh Thuan Province. The beach faces east and receives strong NE monsoon winds from November to April, making it part of the excellent Phan Rang kite zone.

An intermediate spot. Wide sandy beach with plenty of launching space. The city beach is easily accessible with restaurants and accommodation nearby. Strong and consistent NE winds during the season. Sandy bottom with warm water. Can get choppy when wind is strong. A convenient base for exploring the various Ninh Thuan kite spots.
