Vancouver Island | Port Alberni

Vancouver Island | Port Alberni

Overview

Port Alberni sits at the head of the Alberni Inlet, a 40 km long fjord on the west coast of Vancouver Island. Wind is channelled through the fjord, creating reliable thermal wind conditions in summer. The spot is protected from ocean swell by the length of the fjord.
