Crowded during good conditions = more than 20 kites on a 4km wide beach, and less than 2m of water up to 50 KILOMETERS offshore. You won't feel cramped!!!
The spot is gigantic! As mentioned above, it's almost unthinkable to go from the shore all the way to the coral reef. It's 50 km offshore. Turquoise water, and the bottom is almost exclusively white sand!

Parking
The entire road is lined with private properties, but there are public access points everywhere. The beach is free.
Parking along the road, short walk on a sandy path for about 100m, marked "Beach"... Easy...
Hazards
None. Sand everywhere.
Less and less water as you go north. So when foiling, it can be challenging to restart once you've realized you don't have enough water. The solution is a dragged swim towards the open sea and south. Inevitably, the depth increases a bit.
It's so big that the only risk is not finding your starting point!!
Wind specificities
Works from SW to NE passing through the south. The classic trade wind direction is EAST.
