Strong and gusty wind (25+ knts)
Sand/dirt beach, immediately deep when entering the water.
There's no room for error during launch, trees are just a few meters away.
No obvious backup beach.
If the wind is there, the spot gets quite crowded with kite, wing, wind surf, while the beach can't accommodate more than 5 or 6 inflated kites.
