Pointe Sarène is a quiet fishing village on the Petite Côte, between Saly (north) and Toubab Dialaw (south). A wide sandy beach with an authentic local atmosphere — fishermen, families, and very few tourists.
For kitesurf, similar wind conditions as Saly: NE trade winds and NW thermal breezes in the afternoon. The beach is much less crowded than Saly, offering more space for launching and riding. Inconsistent surf breaks but possible small waves.
Very little tourist infrastructure compared to Saly — a few beachside restaurants serving fresh grilled fish. This is a quiet, undeveloped alternative for riders who prefer authenticity over comfort.
Season: November to May. Water warm year-round.
