Overview

De Kwartel is a kitesurf spot on the North Sea coast, in the Kijkduin area near The Hague. Named after a local beach access point ("De Kwartel" = the quail). Part of the broader Kijkduin–Zandmotor kitesurf zone. North Sea conditions: SW/W/NW onshore winds, waves, and tidal influence.
